Can be directly added to the dye bath when dyeing polyacrylonitrile fibers with cationic dyes; 4. Can be mixed with other cationic or non-ionic surfactants; 5. The product has a special effect on acrylic fibers and is also suitable for nylon, polyester-acrylic blends, cotton fabrics, acrylic carpets, etc. 6. | [Dilution Method] | |||||||||||
| When using, prepare the soft flakes into a 5% (or 10%) concentration diluted product. During dilution, add the soft flakes to water according to the ratio while stirring and heating. A gel-like substance appears at around 60°C. Continue stirring and heating until the temperature reaches 90°C, and the material is fully dissolved. Then, cool down. When the temperature drops below 60°C, it can be discharged. If the pH is too high, adjust it to 6~7 with glacial acetic acid. For direct use, cool to 45°C. | |||||||||||
